Dee Cheers is an Australian science fiction author. She is the author of Obedience and Duty, the first two novels in the Abomination series.

Her work explores power, responsibility, and the long consequences of obedience in closed systems — political, social, and technological. She is drawn to characters who are shaped by duty and forced to confront what they have become in service to it.

Dee is currently working on the next novel in the series.
